School admissions applications are submitted directly through Waltham Forest. Once a pupil is allocated a place at Whittingham Primary Academy, parents/carers must complete our application form before their child starts.

Leave of Absence Request form

Holidays during term time are not encouraged. However, if families need to travel during this period, a Leave of Absence Request form must be completed..

All parents must complete consent forms for their child, including permissions for photography, animal handling, and food handling. Please find our consent form below. If you wish to make any updates, you can either fill out the form or contact the school office via email.
